**Membership Agreement**

Welcome to Queen City Boxing! We are excited to have you as part of our community. By becoming a member, you agree to the following policies:

 1. Membership Types
Memberships are available in various tiers, including Platinum Glove, Golden Glove, and Silver Glove, as well as punch pass class packs.
 
2. Payment Terms
All memberships are billed monthly, and payment must be made through our online platform. Cash payments are not accepted.

3. Membership Termination
Member-Initiated Termination: You may cancel your membership at any time by providing written notice through your online account. Terminations will be effective at the end of the current billing cycle.
Gym-Initiated Termination: Queen City Boxing reserves the right to terminate your membership if you violate gym policies or engage in inappropriate behavior. In such cases, no refunds will be issued.

4. Class Attendance
Classes must be reserved in advance. Members are encouraged to arrive on time. If you cannot attend a class, please cancel your reservation at least 24 hours in advance.

5. Code of Conduct
All members are expected to respect all other members and staff. Disruptive behavior, harassment, or intimidation will not be tolerated.

6. Liability Waiver
Waiver forms must be completed before participating in any activities within Queen City Boxing. By participating in any classes or activities, you assume all risks of injury or illness. You release Queen City Boxing and its instructors from any liability for injuries sustained during your participation.

7. Changes to Policy
Queen City Boxing reserves the right to modify these policies at any time. Members will be notified of any significant changes.

8. Privacy Policy
We respect your privacy and will not share your personal information with third parties. Your information is used solely for membership management and communication purposes.
